If AI is not the right fit, we will tell you. If it is, we will outline exactly what we would build and why.
SCOPING AND PROPOSAL
1 to 2 DaysAfter the discovery call, we produce a detailed written proposal that covers the full project scope, technical approach, deliverables, timeline, and fixed price. No hourly rates. No scope creep surprises.
You review the proposal at your own pace. We answer any questions and refine the scope until you are completely satisfied before anything begins.
DATA AND ENVIRONMENT SETUP
2 to 5 DaysOnce the project is confirmed, we set up the development environment, establish secure data pipelines, and review your datasets for quality and completeness. We identify any data gaps early and address them before they become blockers.
This phase ensures that the build phase runs smoothly and without interruption.
BUILD AND ITERATE
5 to 21 DaysThis is where we build. Models are trained, agents are configured, and pipelines are constructed. We share progress updates throughout and give you access to a staging environment so you can see the system taking shape in real time.
We iterate based on your feedback until the system meets the agreed performance benchmarks and your expectations.
TESTING AND VALIDATION
2 to 5 DaysBefore anything goes live, the system is tested thoroughly against real-world edge cases, stress tested under load, and validated against the success metrics agreed in the proposal. We do not deploy until we are confident the system will perform in production.
You participate in user acceptance testing and sign off before deployment proceeds.
DEPLOYMENT AND HANDOVER
1 to 2 DaysWe deploy the system to your production environment, monitor it closely for the first seven days, and resolve any issues that arise. You receive complete documentation including architecture diagrams, deployment instructions, and retraining guides.
Your team owns everything. The code, the models, the documentation. You are never dependent on us to keep the system running.

All code, models, and documentation are transferred to you at project completion. You are never locked into a dependency on ASH AI Forge. Your systems belong to you from day one.

Most projects are delivered within 7 to 21 days. We have built these systems many times before. Speed comes from experience and well-tested processes, not from rushing or cutting corners.

POST LAUNCH SUPPORT
Every project includes seven days of post-deployment monitoring and support. If anything does not perform as expected in production, we fix it. Clients who need ongoing support can move to a monthly retainer.

How long does a typical project take?
Most projects are delivered within 7 to 21 days depending on complexity. Simple automation workflows typically take 5 to 7 days. ML models and computer vision systems usually take 10 to 14 days. Complex multi-agent systems and edge AI deployments take 14 to 28 days. You will always receive a specific timeline in your proposal before work begins.
Do I need to provide data or datasets?
For custom ML and computer vision models, yes. We need data that is representative of your real-world use case to train an effective model. For automation, agent, and dashboard projects, we typically work with your existing systems and APIs. During the discovery call we will assess exactly what data you need and how to prepare it.
What happens after the project is delivered?
Every project includes 7 days of post-deployment support. After that, clients can either manage the system independently using the documentation we provide, or move to a monthly retainer for ongoing development, maintenance, and priority support. There is no obligation to continue beyond the initial project.
Do you work with businesses outside your three core industries?
Our core focus is e-commerce, healthcare, and finance because these are the industries where we have the deepest experience and can deliver the fastest results. We do occasionally take on projects in adjacent industries if the use case aligns with our technical capabilities. Book a discovery call and we will give you an honest answer.
What is the minimum project size?
Our starting price is $280 for an ML prediction model. Most projects fall between $280 and $1500. Larger enterprise engagements are priced on a custom basis. There is no minimum commitment beyond the initial project and every project is quoted at a fixed price upfront.
